The host was extremely kind and welcoming, providing us with a map and lots of helpful information about the city. He even went above and beyond by taking in our laundry when it started raining! The room and shared bathroom were always clean, and the guest house was conveniently located near all the attractions. The owner was friendly and accommodating, even providing us with guides and books about Florence. I also appreciated the close proximity to the train and bus station, making it easy to get around. our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
